To download the files follow the following instructions: Right-Click on the highlighted word. From the menu choose "Save Target As" and choose a location to download it. Leave the name as it is. To print, Right-Click on the "rtf" format or ppt and choose "Print-Target". Select outline in the printing options, make sure that pure black and white is selected.
