Effective Study Techniques
The way you study for other courses may not work for science courses. What follows are tried and proven methods to effectively study for a science course. For any technique to work; however, you must be willing to follow it. The techniques are divided into four parts: (1) how to read a science text (2) how to take notes, (3) how to study, and (4) how to take tests. Following one technique will not work without the other three. One thing you must realize - you will have to change some basic habits to do well in this course. Also note the schedule form provided. Fill it out and PLAN your study time.
