Hiding a Column from Instructor View

A hidden column does not appear when using the Grades tab. You would see this function to collapse the Grade Book for easier viewing.

Step 1. Click the Teach tab.

Step 2. Click the Grade Book button in the menu bar.

Step 3. Click Reorder Columns

Step 5. Click Save.

Exercise - Hiding a Column in the Grade Book

In the following exercise, you will hide a column from the designer view.

  1. Using the previous steps, hide a column from the Grades tab.
  2. View the change to your Grade Book using the Grades tab.
