To download the Free viewer go to: Powerpoint Viewer 97 This plugin allows Internet Explorer to open, view and print Microsoft PowerPoint documents without requiring Microsoft PowerPoint to be installed. When it comes time to print, select the print option "Handouts". Replacing "Slides" with "Handouts" will print six slides per page saving you paper.
